Smudging is a widely used practice for clearing a space of negative energies, traditionally in a ritual involving the burning a loose sage or a smudging stick made of sage and/or a combination of other herbs and flowers. Unfortunately burning sage is not always possible, whether due to allergies or location. It can be used as you start your day, work and public spaces, in the car, or between smudging rituals.
 
Spray comes with 1 4oz spay bottles and 2 4oz refills. Sage is grown fresh , dried and enchanted by Metaphysical Melanin. Spray is infused with White Sage & Russian Sage.
